About the role

As an Exhibition Specialist & Guide, you will be an ambassador for the Volvo brand and World of Volvo exhibitions. You will ensure the exhibitions are functional, premium, and engaging while delivering exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint. From guiding tours to managing interactive stations, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Be an inspirational storyteller and ambassador for the World of Volvo exhibitions, both on-site and at external events
• Deliver a premium guest experience across all exhibition touch points (Entrance, Excavators, Traffic School, Guided Tours, etc.)
• Ensure exhibitions are fully functional, high-quality, and on-brand
• Support training of new and external guides
• Nurture cross-departmental collaboration and build strong relationships with partners
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing exhibition environment

Who are we looking for

You are a natural host with strong social and communication skills, passionate about delivering premium guest experiences. You are structured, flexible, and thrive in a collaborative environment. With a keen eye for detail and storytelling, you enjoy engaging with people and representing a world-renowned brand.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Event or Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event or guest service
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver premium experiences
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
