Are you a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for analytics and a genuine passion for social media? We're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our Communications team and take ownership of how we show up across our digital channels, from Instagram to email inboxes.
You'll shape our content strategy, produce compelling content across platforms, and build a community that's as engaged as our audience. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data.
What you'll do
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our business goals
Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms
Plan and produce content, including photo, video and copy, for all campaigns and channels
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to build community engagement
Leverage trends, algorithm changes and best practices to grow our following
Plan and execute Newsletter campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences
Analyse social media and email performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Report monthly on KPIs such as followers and email performance
Manage social media advertising budgets and media buying
Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Programming and Sales teams
Manage external partners such as photographers, designers, media agencies and influencers
Ensure all assets are on-brand and reflect our company values
Who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation; writing posts, producing assets, running ad campaigns, managing newsletters and interpreting analytics. You know your way around today's platforms and tools, and you're comfortable guiding external contractors through asset delivery.
What we believe you´ll bring:
A solid education in Digital Marketing, Social Media or a related field
Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and content formats
Experience with SEM and SEO
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4 and CRM platforms
Ability to build targeted audiences and run A/B tests
Fluency in both Swedish and English
